Marie Tedesco Scott joined Neal & Harwell in 2015 and is experienced in handling a wide variety of legal matters. The primary focus of her practice is civil and criminal litigation. Mrs. Scott has been instrumental in handling a variety of matters to include corporate internal investigative work and complex litigation.
Mrs. Scott works collaboratively with Neal & Harwell’s various practice groups to assist in finding creative and equitable solutions for her clients. She represents plaintiffs and defendants and practices in both civil and criminal cases. She is able to manage all aspects of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, discovery, and settlement discussions, to trials and appeals.
Mrs. Scott earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, and later received her law degree from the St. Louis University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude with a concentration in health law.
