Russ Willis received his law degree from the University of Florida and soon after graduation began a distinguished career as an employment law and human resources professional.  For many years, he was Director of Human Resources at The University of Southern Mississippi, where he later became Vice-President for Administrative Affairs.

Russ is now an Assistant Teaching Professor at that university.  Armed with decades of practical experience, Russ speaks frequently on human resource management topics, including immigration law, anti-discrimination law, and employee assistance plans.
