In the tradition of innovative and entertaining CLE from Barristers, Billy Newman examines the legal files of famous lawyers and famous clients -- and from them he extracts tips and practice pointers for everyday general law practice.
Some of the noteworthy files discussed include:
- The Johnny Depp / Amber Heard trial
- The courtroom exploits of famed defense lawyer, Clarence Darrow
There's also a special segment that analyzes the lawyering on both sides of the famous Scopes Monkey Trial (in honor of the 100th anniversary of that legendary courtroom drama)!
