This diverse bundle of lectures includes segments on handling hearsay objections and e-discovery.  It also features our newest installment in our Great Trials in History series -- providing practical inspiration for modern lawyers with a look at the exceptional lawyering in the historic trials of Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday, and the trial of one of the alleged co-conspirators in the Lincoln assassination case.
