Health Care Directives and Powers of Attorney in Estate Planning
Overview
A comprehensive review of the various health-care-related documents that usually should be a part of a complete estate plan, right beside a Last Will & Testament. Health care power of attorneys and "living wills" are discussed in detail, but the course also delves into some new additions to the lineup, including Physicians Orders for Sustaining Treatment (POST orders) and "Right to Try" laws.
