Great Trials in History, Part 3: Future Presidents in the Courtroom
Overview
This third installment of our Great Trials in History collection begins a series of seminars that examines the lessons that present-day litigators can glean from some of the most notable cases tried by prominent lawyers of the past who later became President of the United States. In this seminar, we examine a legendary case handled by "the Prairie Lawyer" Abraham Lincoln.
In each instance, we learn valuable lessons on both substantive law and on the art of good lawyering.
