Overview
An increasing percentage of the average estate consists of intangible digital assets, including electronic photos, music files, e-books, and valuable digital accounts and data. This course explores how to deal with these assets when drafting a Will or when probating an estate. Includes a discussion of the Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act.
Satisfies the North Carolina State Bar Technology Training Requirement.
