Overview

Older lawyers blame the loss of civility in the legal profession.  Younger lawyers are quickly disillusioned by it.   Everyone thinks the problem is getting worse.  What is it?  The opposing lawyer who is insufferably rude and crude...or the overbearing and obnoxious client.

The panelists in this course offer a few practical tips for setting boundaries with the difficult people in your practice... and for rising above it.   (Includes helpful references to the rules of ethics)
