Long gone are the days when it was thrilling to turn on your computer and suddenly hear that disembodied voice proclaim "You've got mail !" A recent market survey revealed that the average corporate or professional employee sends and receives 105 e-mails a day. Yikes! And that's not counting text messages, instant messaging, and posts on social media.
