Notice Regarding Change to Alabama CLE Rules for 2023 & Beyond:
Please note that the Alabama Commission on Mandatory CLE has restored the old rule that limits how many CLE hours can be earned through On-Demand courses. (You will recall that this rule was suspended in 2020 through 2022 due to COVID.)
Starting with the 2023 CLE reporting year, Alabama attorneys can earn a maximum of 6 hours per year via On-Demand courses.
This means that the remaining 6 hours must be earned at a “live” CLE event. “Live” CLE includes online Live Webcasts like the ones listed elsewhere on our website.
