North Carolina 3-Hour Ethics & Substance Abuse/Mental Health CLE Bundle for 2022

Add to Cart

Overview

In addition to the 2 hours of ethics credit mandated every year, North Carolina attorneys are required to earn one hour of CLE credit every 3 years dealing with Substance Abuse and Mental Health issues for lawyers.

If that's all the CLE you need to wrap up your requirements for the year, then this is the bundle for you.

We start with two of our newer ethics courses, one of a transactional law nature; the other litigation-related:  1) Ethics Issues in Wills Drafting & Estate Planning (Billy Newman's fast-paced checklist of common mistakes a general practitioner can make when tackling one of the most commonplace tasks in law practice) and 2) Ethically Serving Injured Clients (Bryan Moseley's overview of the major ethics dilemmas you can encounter when representing an injured client).

Then, our Substance Abuse/Mental Health segment takes an unusual approach -- Billy Newman draws on anecdotes from the Sherlock Holmes stories to inspire a fresh look at the mental health challenges of modern-day law practice and the steps we all can take to minimize the risks.

You can watch these courses as online videos, or if you prefer, download and listen to them as mp3 audio files.

If you've previously viewed the Sherlock Holmes-themed Substance Abuse and Mental Health course in this bundle, you can instead purchase our 2-Hour Ethics Bundle, and then watch the Substance Abuse/Mental Health hour in one of these upcoming Live Webcasts:

1 Live Webcast:  February 24, 2022 - Ethics for Lawyers from Indiana Jones

2)  Live Webcast:  February 25, 2022 - Lessons for Lawyers from the History Books

(You can purchase and watch these Live Webcasts in their entirety.  Or -- if you only need the Substance Abuse/Mental Health hour, simply call Barristers at 1-800-874-8556 to purchase that one-hour for only $50!)
